IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Responsible to train and groom a team of highly professional services team with a special focus on services/relationship building/retention methods including reporting to management on regional performance. Also devising plans for development and feedback/coordination with other departments based on customer complaints/requirements.
Regional Manager Priority Services will be responsible to manage a team of Priority services employees within the region and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of services to priority/VIP clients and ensure proactive services are provided on a timely basis.
The position holder will ensure to sustain and enhance the portfolio revenues of priority through cross-selling, up-selling, and referral sales.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
To ensure personalized Relationship Management to PTCL & Ufone priority customers through assigned Priority Services Executives.
To manage and monitor operations, performance, target achievements , service quality related performance and portfolio management of the assigned Priority Services Executive.
To establish and enhance effective rapport/satisfaction of PTCL & Ufone priority customers through Priority Services Executives which includes joint and surprise calls/visits to priority customers.
To recognize and enhance the productivity of the team member through coaching and act as a mentor for the individual reporting.
To timely escalate and take full ownership for resolution of staff and PTCL & Ufone customer issues/complaints till closure and providing them feedback where required.
Adherence and compliance to company policies, procedures and code of conduct. Procedures including behavior/discipline/ grooming/ punctuality of self and staff.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
Minimum Bachelors Preferably Masters Degree.
