We are seeking an individual to perform administrative duties and support business operations of our US based clients. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing appointments, corresponding with clients.


Below are some of the responsibilities a virtual assistant is expected to assume in their position:

Cold Calling
Managing and making phone calls
Managing and writing Emails
Using CRM
File Management
Appointment Setting
Lead Generation
Manage social media
Gather and organize data for statistical analysis

_ Job Qualifications and Skill Sets _

Below are the qualifications expected of a virtual assistant:

Excellent English communication skills
Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and public relations Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate level in Spanish language will be considered as a Plus point.
Excellent organizational skills Familiarity with social media platforms
Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs, Skype, and other remote team messaging apps
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Skilled in data entry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High-speed internet connection

It is a night shift office based job, pick and drop facility will be provided for females.
