We are hiring for a “Sales Support Officer” for our dedicated call center, based at Islamabad.

Responsibilities:

1. Attend inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

2. Effectively follow call center “scripts” when handling different topics.

3. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.

4. Record and maintain data of all enquires in the system as per procedures.

5. Prepare timely and error free quotations in compliance of pricing policy.

6. Schedule jobs and ensure accurate update in job calendar.

7. Act as a coordinator between client and branches and do effective coordination.

8. Ensure necessary follow-up with branches regarding progress of jobs.

9. Take client’s feedback after completion of jobs.

10. Handle complaints, maintain record and ensure proper resolution within defined TATs.

11. Ensure timely payments from clients as per procedures.

12. Send payment notification to finance team upon receiving the payment through email.

13. Meet individual/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

14. Attend trainings or briefing sessions to improve product knowledge and performance level.

15. Abide by the shift roster.

Requirements:

Graduate or equivalent diploma.
6 months of call center experience. Feeshers are also encouraged to apply
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Must have knowledge of MS Excel.
Salary 25-30k with other benefits.
