Job Description:
Genesis Lab has a long history of engaged, productive employees, and we’re looking for a IT Recruitment Manager or a Talent Acquisition Manager to get the best talent for us. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR and specifically in technical recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. The bulk of the role will involve screening, interviewing, assessing, hiring, onboarding and employee orientations.
We are eager to find a senior technical recruiter who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce.
Responsibilities
Technical recruitment (specifically IT recruitment)
Proficient job posting and advertisements on various job posting platforms
Headhunting via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Managing recruitment database
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
Thorough understanding of human resource development principles
Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction
Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
Handle confidential matters with discretion
Maintain management by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary issues, grievances, absence and redundancy
Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
Requirements
4+ years experience in Technical Recruitment
Understanding of labor laws
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
