We are seeking Technical Recruiters to work in the US timings.
This is not a remote position. We are seeking onsite employees in our Sh-e-Faisal office.
Responsibilities for Technical Recruiter
Responsible for efficient and effective sourcing of top talent from different channels and mediums.
Ability to work on multiple talent requisitions.
Work independently on different platforms to source the best talent according to job requirements.
The role is ongoing and we may extend it as long as you keep bringing the best talent.
Works with hiring managers to understand job context and human resource needs.
Employ effective recruitment strategies to attract, recruit top talent with aggressive deadlines.
Conduct or facilitate in performing job analysis.
Drive the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to hiring for assigned positions.
Submit periodic reports to stakeholders to keep them abreast with recruitment status
Skills:
Excellent communication English skills (oral and written)
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
Good knowledge of IT requirements and skills.
Good MS Office and basic computing skills. Spreadsheet and data analysis skills would be a plus
