Job Description:
* Manage full cycle recruiting and recruitment pipeline for multiple vacancies, adopting an innovative sourcing approach and engagement method to bring the best talent to each role. *Lead TA dashboard with teams for management reporting. * Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts, talent requirements, and recruiting priorities. * Identify and plan staffing needs across the business, including planning short and long-term staff requirements for each business unit in support of their business objectives. This will include leading organizational design activities as needed in partnership with business leaders. * Anticipate the organization’s future and working with senior executives to advice on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success. * Create a thoughtful, clear metrics-driven approach that tracks, monitors, and evaluates the impact and effectiveness of all programs and hiring activity. * Develop and lead a team of talent professionals. Set a clear vision for the team, to lead, build, coach and inspire.
