Job Description:
Main Responsibilities-
SCM Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient supply of the non-HC materials for the companies and divisions where SCM provides services according to DTR/S-DTR. The responsibility includes Operative Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics and Material Master Data Management activities of those materials.
Actively develop and maintain closer collaboration with other department members in/outside of SCM/Procurement based on the area of expertise.
Drive and monitor Supply Chain Management processes.
Qualification-
Master’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Management MBA/MS in Logistics, Operations & Supply Chain Management (preferred)
Professional competencies-
Experience with warehousing and SCM in the O&G industry expected
Strong focus on compliance and streamlined procedures
Managing a team of 20 people (most of them back-to-back)
Setting up a new warehouse is part of the job
Collaborating with major stakeholders. ensure excellence in MRP

Experience-
At least 8 years of experience in SCM-relevant operation

Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
