Job Description:

Key Job Objectives

Develop and Implement Quality improvement activities throughout the value chain to protect product, package and trademark integrity, improve Quality performance and provide troubleshooting
Ensure all bottling plants, distribution centers and co-packers in the assigned franchise territories are fully compliant with Company policies and QSE requirements
Ensure effective management of ingredient and packaging suppliers as per Company requirements (carbon dioxide, sugar, etc.) through collaboration with the Operating Unit Supplier Managers.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting as well as maintenance of all QSE data as required for all TCCC QSE dashboards.

Main Responsibilities

Provide Governance on Food safety and QSE

Working with bottlers and co-packers in the assigned territories to develop and implement an annual comprehensive and detailed QSE Plan with the objective of achieving the following:
Compliance of all Franchise bottling plants & Co-Packers to KORE requirements. This is determined through the Corporate Unannounced QSE Audits and annual plant visits.
The achievement of the Zero is possible safety vision and Safety metric goals including: Total Incident Rate (TIR), SIF potential, Life Saving Rules and Route to Market safety metrics
The achievement of the sustainability commitment goals including: Water Use Ratio (WUR), Energy Use Ratio (EUR), CO2 Emissions, Source Water Protection, Wastewater compliance and performance.
Development of Bottler personnel capability for quality, food safety, OSH & Environment. 
Address all existing and potential Quality & technical issues to prevent technical crisis, food safety violations, and consumer complaints in the spirit of preventing repeat incidents and continuous improvement

Job Requirements / Qualifications

Education:  Bachelor Science, Food engineering Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Masters degree is preferred.
Experience:  Minimum: +12-year experience in QSE function in management roles in food, beverage, chemicals, or pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred: Leading a similar Quality & Food Safety Management roles for the last 5 years

Language Requirements: 

Excellent English writing and speaking skills is necessary

Travel Requirements: 

Up to 60% traveling time
