What you will do?
Provide administrative support to the CFO office
Managing the CFO’s Calendar by coordinating and scheduling meetings
Writing correspondence to vendors/ customers on behalf of the CFO
Routing internal and external emails as per the CFO’s directives
Managing Visitors and Callers to the CFO office
Coordinating with the departmental and functional heads with respect to tasks and meetings pertaining to the CFO
Responsible for arrangement of Travel itinerary and Coordinating official visits of the CFO
Maintaining records and filing of documents as per the CFO directives
MINUMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelors Degree
Minimum Experience: 3-5 Years
Good Communication Skills
Adept in the use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
Strong Record keeping and Stakeholder Management skills.
Strong Time-Management skills.
