Job Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our software development team
Must know how to manage and guide JIRA, should know how to generate reports on JIRA.
Candidate must have good grip on Excel (for reporting)
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Help teams implement changes effectively
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Requirements:
1 year experience working in a Scrum environment or as a Scrum Master.
Familiarity with software development.
Must have Jira knowledge, certification would be a plus point.
In-depth Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, sprint planning/review/retrospective, and backlog refinement)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Degree in Computer Science from a reputable university
Scrum master certification (SFC or SPFC) is a plus.
Shift Timings: Afternoon (12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
