Main Job Responsibilities: Prepare quotation for clients and follow up pending quotation with potential clientsUnderstanding client requirements, bid package/RFQ, evaluate quotations as per technical & commercial requirement including bid closing date (BCD) limits in coordination with Key Account Managers (KAM)Identification of other hidden cost factors in project/RFQ for discussion with stakeholdersWork out bid packages, communicate with clients/vendors to close technical queries during the bidding processAssists AQESA Partners in preparing and evaluating RFQsPreparation of Letter of Authority (LOA) for approval and quotation covering the technical & commercial aspects that assists the business to review and evaluate the quotationPrepare responses for technical queries raised by the clients during the bid evaluation process Working out a suitable or equivalent product to propose from Company stocks (Company priority is to sell from stocks). Work out pricing independently from vendor price lists, web shops or portals directly (inside sales is required to know price lists and web accesses)Review of customer orders (the accuracy of Bill of Material and the part numbers, scope of supplies/works, payment terms and terms and conditions)Preparation and submission of final dossiers (User Manual, Test Certificates drawings) as per client standardsAssist Branch Manager in preparation of annual inventory and capital expenditureGenerate and process all applicable documentation in Company ERP System  Job Specifications Education Required/Preferred Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience Required/Preferred Minimum 3 YearsRequired Languages English Fluent, CompetenciesSkills LevelMS Office applications i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook ProficientInterpersonal & Communication Skills ProficientNegotiation & Persuading skills ProficientTime Management ProficientTeamwork ProficientAbilities LevelProblem Solving HighMulti-tasking HighBuilding rapport and maintaining effective relationships Average
