Lead and manage sales projects, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively take corrective actions.
Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and align project goals accordingly.
Act as a central point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing their concerns.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive project success.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Generate project reports, including status updates, performance metrics, and financial analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience of 2 years in managing sales projects, ideally within a similar industry
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
