Timings: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
Salary (30,000 to 50,000 Basic + Commission)
Location: Near UCP, Lahore.
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service with consumers
Develop a deep knowledge of adventurous and authentic gear
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction, and following up
Manage large amounts of incoming calls – no cold calls!
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction – including teaching new terminology and concepts
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, mail, chat, in person.
