Responsible for identifying new sales leads
Develops a business development strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Retains existing customers through efficient customer relationship management by ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conducts market research to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Develops in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
Participates in pricing the solution/service by providing a collaborative solution for the clients and the organization.
Responds to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
Effectively negotiates with clients by clarifying, emphasizing on agreement terms and working through differences to achieve a positive outcome.
Develops business proposals for new and existing customers.
Work in collaboration with customer services department to resolve customer queries and ensure sales target achievement and goals
