Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Master degree from a reputed University.
Required Skills & Experiences:
5-7 years (ideally with field Sales experience)
Stakeholder Management Skills
Analytical & Financial Acumen
Identify growth opportunities in all channels, develop trade marketing strategies, liaison with field team to execute plans, monitor all activities & plan interventions to counter competition, analyse all activities & coordinate with brand team to ensure high quality brand communication & product penetration at all levels. Work with Sales team to monitor new product launches & analyze sales performance, support Sales to improve marketing effectiveness & attractiveness through regional project innovations & result analysis in product distributions & consumer promotions.
