Regional Sales Manager
At Cinergie Digital, our enterprise sales team is the engine that drives our growth through technology solutions for enterprises. We are seeking an experienced information technology sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and in collaboration with other team members. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with IT sales in large enterprises in the Government, Financial, Telecommunications or Retail business. We expect the incumbent to excel at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
Objectives & Qualifications Role
Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our technology platforms and solution offerings.
Research customer needs and identify how our solutions and services will enable customers to solve their challenges and achieve their business goals.
Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals for the region, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships at CEO, CIO and CTO level.
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and reach.
Engage with potential clients and channel partners to grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to customer and partner relationships.
Lads sales team and ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives and monitor progress regularly.
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years in IT sales for Government, Financial, Telecommunications or Retail business segments.
Proved track record of achieving sales quotas of over US$ 950,000 per annum.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration from a reputable university.
Experience of information technology sales cycle from plan to close in large enterprises.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.

Comprehensive salary brackets range from PKR 400,000/- to PKR 500,000/- per month depending on experience and skills assessment.
