Receptionist Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients, customers, and guests as they enter the office or facility.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, labelling, and distributing as needed.
• Perform basic office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including the reception area and common areas.
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and file management.
• Respond to client and customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide support to other team members as needed, including answering questions and providing assistance with tasks.
