Objectives/Role
As a Product Specialist, your main objective is to ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products or services. The Product Specialist would be responsible for onboarding new customers, evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Responsibilities
Onboarding New Clients.
Eliciting and documenting requirements.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Working closely with clients, developers, and managerial staff.
Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.
Build and improve relationships with customers, key vendors, and partners.
Review company practices to ensure clients gets maximum satisfaction from our products.
Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services, and special offers.
Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions.
Provide a holistic view of a business process or system.
Managing customer expectation.
Act as the point of contact (POC) for complaints and escalating issues.
Hold product demonstrations for customers.
