Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for requirement management of the assigned product/services. The Product Manager is primarily responsible for conceiving, defining, monitoring, and refining Elixir’s digital products in the market to maximize business results. The PM (Product Manager) is a highly collaborative position that works closely with Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams. The PM conducts customer research and collaborates with key stakeholders across business and technology to develop and convey Elixir’s assigned product vision. The PM applies design-thinking practices and advocates the voice of the customer.
Essential Functions
Under the general supervision of the Director, Product Management, the essential functions include:
Business Management
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the requirements.
· Understand product requirements and elaborate those for development teams.
· Develop product release strategies and roadmaps from early prototypes, alpha’s, betas, and GA releases, through the minimum viable product (MVP), and to first and subsequent releases that align with Elixir’s Vision, product strategies, and goals.
· Establish and maintain relationships with the key business and technology stakeholders.
· Conduct customer research both internally and externally to gain insight into the “voice of the customer” for the assigned product.
· Manages competitive analysis of assigned Elixir products viz a viz, features, pricing, and business models.
· Conduct competitive analysis on alternative digital solutions that target customers might use.
· Discover customers’ needs and industry trends and translate them into new opportunities and solutions.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders and make recommendations to prioritize frequent and dynamic decisions based on the latest product analytics, product team metrics and customer feedback.
· Continually monitor and refine the product while in the market.
· Address complaints and resolve problems.
· Set service level objectives (SLO) for the assigned products.
· Manage and maintain technology partners (OEM) pricing, contracts, and value that translates to features and functions into our products, solutions, and business applications, delivering strategic value to our roadmap to gain or maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
· Interact with Sales, Marketing, and System Integrators through collaboration to establish Go to Market best practices to productize and monetize our technologies to increase customer growth, new logos, customer adoption, and a competitive advantage.
Product Delivery Management
· Establish, communicate, and maintain the assigned product vision and strategy.
· Define the assigned products roadmap based on desired business outcomes.
· Conceive and document product requirements for engineering teams to develop.
· Scope and prioritize input to an iteration and release.
· Accountable for quality performance of product(s).
· Manages and is accountable for quality and user experience of the products.
· Collaborate closely with product delivery teams.
· Coordinate with other stakeholders such as business, cloud, and IT (Information Technology) architects to align product and platform architectures and capabilities according to agreed goals.
· Manage a timely product delivery with the highest quality, stability, and confidence in the office, in a virtual or remote working environment, a hybrid or in-office and virtual environment, and collaboration between the regional, global teams, and partners (System Integrators).
· Maintain a deep understanding of and coach other team members on Elixir’s
customers, digital opportunities, and product value proposition.

· Security Designate responsibilities include Security Designates serve as the primary security contact for their assigned business unit. They are responsible for processing reports of security incidents, data breaches, and policy violations submitted by direct reports within the business unit and for notifying the acting Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of reported incidents, breaches, and violations. Security Designates also coordinate with the Human Resources Department and CISO to impose sanctions on direct reports who violate Elixir’s Security and Compliance policies or applicable legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). Security Designates monitor fulfillment of sanctions and notify the CISO when the terms of sanctions have been fulfilled. Additional responsibilities include processing
complaints related to Elixir’s security and privacy program at the department level; submitting exception requests related to Elixir’s Security and Compliance policies to the CISO; and cooperating with investigations of security incidents, data breaches, and security and privacy violations. In carrying out responsibilities related to Elixir’s Security and Compliance program, Security Designates will utilize the appropriate forms available on the Security and Compliance site on SharePoint.

Required education and experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or STEM.
· At least 4 years of Product Management experience in a product-based Software/Tech company
· 6 years of experience in SaaS services product development
· Demonstrable experience of engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions
· Demonstrable knowledge of the product management discipline
· Experience working with design-thinking processes and methodologies
