ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The Process Lead is expected to develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and mastery of process control. PL is the Centerline DMS, Change Management DMS and Tobacco Waste DMS Owner for the line(s). The Process Lead owns the integrity of the Line Event Data System and is responsible for data analytics of line losses. PL also acts as the team’s expert in troubleshooting / problem solving. Process Lead is also responsible to ensure the quality of the product including delivery of PSDs, FV, OEE and TW

What You Will Be Accountable For
Helps conduct DDS as per the set frequency for the cell.
Owns the Centerline Management system for the line(s), including establishing CL targets & limits for the equipment owned by the team & ensuring all CL audits are completed at the proper frequency
Owns the Change Management DMS & validation processes including process benchmarking & reapplication across processes, modules and plants
Owns the Tobacco Waste Management DMS & establish TW targets & limits for the team
Ensuring all L3 TW audits are completed at the proper frequency & develop control strategies to enable operators to respond to out-of-control situations
Analyses line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities including the creation of current state and future state loss trees utilizing tools such as loss allocation and S-shape
Participating in Cell DDS process daily to set priorities and allocate resources, and report results for previous 24 hours
Coaches team to build capability in problem solving skills and formal tools, including but not limited to Initial Problem Solving, Unified Problem Solving, 6W2H, 5Why’s, Weibull, S-Shape and Loss Allocation Tool.
Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
Minimum of 16 Years of education & 1 year of experience.
Achieves technical mastery of equipment and develops it in others
Good understanding of mechanical processes, both hands on and theory
Overall strong technical skills
Understanding of storeroom operating strategies
