About The Role
As a Regional PMO & Performance Manager, you will use your business savvy in combination with your functional experience in advertising, ecommerce, and project management to effectively work across teams and implement new features and workflows. Your objective will be to build, train and maintain a deep understanding of DAS Product, streamlined operational documentation, and use local and regional feedback to successfully grow and scale revenues for DAS.
You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and sales challenges, with the ability to defend product needs and manage project teams in multiple countries to get them implemented. As an individual contributor, you’ll be supported by our business operations teams as well as finance, legal, product, data, and more. Our ideal candidate will have a good breadth of data analysis, exceptional project management skills, and product/technical proficiency within the digital space. We desire someone with a proactive consultative approach to continuously gather feedback, optimize workflows, propose feature improvements, and ensure the processes and structure are there to make them a success.
Job Description:
Own the DAS PMO from research and design of strategy to execution by project teams.
Define project scope, predict resources needed to reach department objectives, and manage resources (both regional and local). Produce SOPs of advertising products and support client teams with KAs when required
Develop and maintain structured reporting with relevant business stakeholders to ensure timelines are met, performance is optimal, and exposed business/product risks are resolved effectively and efficiently
Implement partner feedback indicators, market research, and mechanisms to coordinate priorities with product specialists. Develop strategies and product use cases to enhance CXP and ROI of DAS clients as well as Daraz revenues
Build, document, localize and train venture teams on new operations, new products, and new strategies to scale
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples, leading UAT case development and testing both locally and regionally
Liase with product specialists to advise and manage the advertising product life cycle ensuring business objectives and implementation feasibility of all new developments
Coordinate operational and advisory departments to mitigate risks and enable DAS to scale (eg. legal agreements & policies, financial requirements, process requirements to integrate new partner types and features)
Independent and proactive thinker, bringing context, proposals and advice to leadership based on analysis and experience.
Requirements:
3+ years of related experience in product operation/production/project management
Experience in performance advertising (preferably in search advertising)
Proven experience overseeing complex project in multiple localities
Highly effective cross-functional team management
Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical skills
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
