The candidate will be responsible for streamlining and supporting HR roles including people operations, systems, employees’ grievances, and data management.

People Operations

Key Accountabilities:

Completing employment verification requests received from external bodies.
Issue HR-related letters as per employees’ requirements.
Keep all the HR forms/SOPs organized and implement changes as and when required.
Assist in the payments of student interns by compiling their attendance and the number of hours worked.

Employee Grievances

Counselling employees on work-related issues.
Ensure appropriate case files are created and maintained.
Dealing with disciplinary cases, and grievances and writing case reports.

HR Systems

Assist in managing new projects, systems integrations, and automation.
Assist in managing internal HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, M-Files).
Support in HR data management and preparing necessary reports.
Conduct periodical review and audit of HR systems.
Assist in employee benefits activities and tasks.
Provide support in insurance claims handling and managing medical and group life insurance.
Collaborate with the team to identify improvements in the workflows/processes.

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)

To Qualify For The Role, You Must Have

Bachelor’s (Hons)/Master’s degree in Human Resources or Management from an HEC-recognized institute.
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources. (Prior experience/knowledge of SAP HCM will be considered a plus).
