Job Description:
Demonstrate an understanding of the vision, purpose and strategy of the business and design and implement a relevant people support strategy.
Partner closely with leaders on change management, performance management, employee engagement and other initiatives
Design, modify and develop standards for competency assessment, determine employee development needs and provide support
Organize and execute onboarding and off boarding of employees
Monitor and evaluate performance appraisals of employees according to the set KPIs and objectives
Establish effective partnerships with team leaders as a tenured business partner, providing guidance across key talent decisions, advice and expertise tailored for specific business needs.
Utilize data to drive informed people decisions to identify trends; determine root cause of issues and develop effective organizational solutions.
Day to Day HR operations which includes but not limited to attendance, benefits enrollment, employees’ record maintenance etc.

Requirements
Proven experience in Human Resources
Strong experience with employee relations
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is a plus
Experience working in a high-visibility role in a demanding, commercial, fast-paced, and challenging organization
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude
Proven ability to prioritize workload whilst providing excellent service to a variety of stakeholders
Strong organizational skills to deliver operational, project and strategic deliverables
Familiarity with ZOHO People is a plus
