Responsibilities
Go through and understand Clinical Trial Protocol
Review Patient Charts from EMR (Electronic Medical Records) to find qualifying participants for Clinical Trials
Use Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria from the Protocol to detemine the eligibility of patients
Train Call Center on Clinical Research Studies, explaining in detail the meanings of medical terminologies and the implications of patient answers
Go through follow-up questions from the Call Center to qualify or disqualify patients
Double check all disqualified patients from Call Center team to see if they meet the inclusion criteria
Qualifications
MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D and Physiologists
Good English Communications Skills
Critical Thinking Ability
Bachelors in any other relevant medical field
