Job Description:
Responsibility:Collaborate with business partners/recruiters and broadcasters/hosts to improve the quality of live streaming and elevate broadcasters’ streaming performance;Discover, introduce and train potential recruiters and high-quality hosts; increase the overall number of official broadcasters as well as content quality;Support operation through overall activity planning and online/offline activities;Help content operations and regulate the broadcasting content community. Plan and execute events that bring business to our table. Manage agencies through professional communication.Qualifications:Bachelor degree and above is preferred;Familiar with mainstream social media platforms / apps; Proficiency in operating office software such as word and excel;Excellent team work spirit, good communication and presentation skills;Patience, responsible, strong ability to execute the policy and resist compression;Excellent English strongly preferred.
