Savyour is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team who can help us streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency across all departments. You’ll have the rare opportunity to build and collaborate with leaders across the organization to improve our project management process and help us to fill unknown gaps in our fastest periods of growth. You will be mainly responsible for “Getting things done no matter comes hot water or high winds and optimizing the way forward”. Only two things matter: Whether things are being shipped on time in the right way AND whether customers are satisfied?

The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail.

Once You Are Here, You Will

Serve as a liaison between departments.
Plan and schedule calendar(s) with consultation and resolve calendaring conflicts.
To plan, develop and execute strategies, often to meet established deadlines.
Build aggressive schedules that adhere to fast-paced timelines, with the flexibility to adapt as needed.
Facilitate in sprint planning by highlighting tasks from PMO based on priority.
Facilitating SCRUM Meetings and ensure the desired agenda to be achieved by the end of the meeting
Build harmonic relationships with all team members.
Understand the existing business processes, highlight and propose processes where missing and reengineer processes to get optimized results.
Be responsible for monitoring multiple sub-projects in the departments.
Provide daily status reports to Project Managers on actions completed and planned

Qualification/Skills

Relevant Experience:

Proven organizational skills, including time management
Project management experience (Waterfall, Agile)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
