Manage complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for the clients.
Develop and implement effective RCM processes and policies.
Oversee Medical Coding and billing processes of the clients.
Ensure compliance of the operations with the medical billing and coding industry (Includes but not limited to HIPAA, Government, and commercial insurances working in USA).
Deliver credentialing services to clients.
Deliver services related to MIPS and MACRA to clients.
Implement and design industry-related KPIs and performance management models for the resources assigned.
Mentor, train, and manage resources on the implemented and designed workflow, KPIs, and Industry Standards.
Assist the HR department with the effective hiring of resources for respective clients.
Assist the Director of Sales in closing of deals and conversion of leads to clients by providing technical expertise.
Provide quality assurance layer in transcription and other RCM-related processes.
Coordinate with the clients for the effective delivery of deliverables and services agreed as per the Service Level Agreements.
Minimum 10 years of experience in RCM with a medical billing and collection company
Knowledge through hands-on experience in charge entry, coding, collections, payment posting, clearing house, claim submission, claim rejections, MIPS, MACRA, and credentialing services.
Overall knowledge and hand on experience in credentialling and portal management such as CAQH, and insurance portals (Commercial and government).
Sound knowledge of clients’ terminologies and USA Healthcare industry.
Sound knowledge of ICD-10, CPTs, HCPCs, and HIPAA.
A basic understanding of the accounting principles and standards
Proficient knowledge of MS Office, accounting softwares, and general office equipment.
Continue to learn and follow coding guidelines and initiatives as they continue to be released. Where payer requirements differ, be agile enough to adapt to the needed format used by the specific payer for correct coding guidelines.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent work ethics and confidentiality regarding the confidential and non-confidential data of the organization.
Ability to write detailed and technical data in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner.
