We specialize in enterprise application development and workflow optimization. Our operations span across four different countries with clientele predominately based in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), Australia, and North American Region.

About the Role:

Operations Executive contributes to the development and completion of projects that vary in size and complexity. This position is responsible for evaluating project proposals, developing operational guidelines, and managing administrative and operational tasks to achieve project targets.


Provide day-to-day program oversight of administrative and operational functions
Working closely with the Head of Operations to develop an ambitious and realistic operational strategy, SLAs, and KPIs
Support International partners with the implementation of operational strategy
Monitor project execution, KPIs, and ensure post-project reports are timely submitted by on-ground operations teams
Ensure compliance with internal communication protocols with relevant stakeholders
Prepare project-wise Gap Analysis reports and present improvement plans
Ensure coordination and engagement across all departments to deliver strategic objectives
Ensure continuous improvement of all projects by implementing best international practices
Coordination with external parties (NGOs and development agencies) for the fulfillment of necessary requirements
Identify new ground operators in line with the organizational policies
Develop and implement the onboarding criteria for ground partners based on project needs
Ensure periodic evaluation of international partners and develop an upgradation plan
Regularly communicate project details and prepare accurate reports for stakeholders
Accurate database management with appropriate checks-and-balances


Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
A strategic thinker who considers the wider context for planning
Decisive, determined, and willing to test new ideas
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate in Arabic will be a plus
