Fleek is a B2B Marketplace for wholesale second hand fashion. We enable professional resellers and retail stores to buy from vintage clothing suppliers from around the world. We are backed by top Silicon Valley VCs such as Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Y Combinator among others.
Your responsibility will be to help grow our Pakistani market for the supply side of our marketplace. You need to be scrappy, innovative and an analytical thinker. Insights into Karachi Export Zone and the Used Clothing Market is a bonus.
In this role you will be responsible for Supplier strategy, outreach and account management, along with setting up global logistics to help Fleek fulfil orders from its Pakistani suppliers.
This role is a critical part of Fleek’s team’s strategy. As the first employee in Pakistan, you need to have the ability to think strategically and find non-obvious trends in the market. However, you should also be ready to get into the weeds and help set up an entirely new market from scratch.
You will work closely with our founders and help establish the direction for Fleek’s operational initiatives.
5+ years of experience running operations at a tech startup
Understanding of Karachi Export Zone and Used Clothing Trade
Ability to hire and grow your team
