Job Description:
Assist in development & implementation of annual marketing plan
Planning & supervising the seasonal on ground activations & promotions
Assist in all nationally run brand activations
Effective engagement & relationship management with key business partners
Driving, tracking, and analyzing National Activation budget & cost-saving initiatives
Monitoring market activities
Implementation of plans and setting controls to identify & measure key performance indicators (people performance matrix, daily meetings, recognition programs, etc.)
