Position Summary

Unleash media effectiveness and efficiency in the organization. Lead media strategy to support business goal; responsible for planning and buying of various media channels to deliver brands’ communication and advertising. Owns media from the data, technology and analytics through planning and buying. Ensures brand’s advertising reaches as many category buyers, as often as possible to optimally influence purchasing decisions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Work closely with the media agency to drive impactful consumer facing media communications
Improve working media spend efficiency by leveraging consumer media insights
Managing relationships with key partners
Media agencies
Media partners, digital and offline
Analysis of the media performance of the different campaigns (upper and lower funnel), for the different divisions and brands
Align with brands and agencies on the media strategies and campaign implementations
Exploring new solutions that will be beneficial for the media campaigns
Working experience of Google ads, Facebook ads, and other advertising channels
Lead in implementation & practice of Nestle marketing best practices i.e. BBNW 4.0 (Building Brands the Nestle Way) including development of broader team capability on these areas to deliver best in class media strategies consistently

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing or business-related field
7-10 years’ experience in media agencies working on key clients or in advertiser organizations leading media function
