Job Description:
Main Accountabilities
To assist in finalizing MEP Equipment keeping based on market research and developments.
To ensure the availability and Stocking of Materials at site well before execution of MEP Works.
To lead implementation of IFC drawings and work specifications through Contractor/Site teams.
To have close coordination with Project Management and Design Teams ensuring smooth execution of works.
To present value engineering options along with cost impact analysis.
To assist in coordination with government and other relevant authorities for different approvals.
To assist in Preparation of BOQs & Engineers Estimates.
To Verify the demands from site and evaluation as per BOQs/Drawings.
To manage large teams & multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification & Experience
Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer
10 years’ project management experience in execution of MEP works especially in Residential/Commercial mixed-used buildings.
PEC Registered
PMP and knowledge of design shall be regarded as added advantages
Good Presentation & interpersonal skills
