Job Brief We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to work closely with the People & Culture leadership to roll out Learning strategy and framework and monitor its execution. This role will focus on implementing a blended learning philosophy to upskill and reskill Confiz’s workforce.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement learning and development framework. Work as a learning business partner with the key stakeholders to understand their learning needs and design indigenized learning solutions. Ensure proper execution of learning and development plans for different learning paths & cohorts. Design and create learning manuals, online learning modules and course content. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using a variety of methods, such as assessments and surveys. Highlight any areas of improvement in the learning process, learning material, and any other area which inhibits the effectiveness of training. Undertake any automation that can help improve learning dissemination, monitoring, and effectiveness. Prepare learning roadmaps and training programs on Talent-LMS Work with 3rd party vendors to design learning content for customized functional programs. Keep employee learning data and skills matrix updated. Assist in conducting surveys, performance appraisal, 360 feedback, and other management reports. RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; organizational development, learning & development, human resources or related field is preferred. CIPD or SHRM certification will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to consult with all levels of an organization. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet the demands of a matrix organization. Demonstrated success in a team-oriented atmosphere, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on tight deadlines, with multiple concurrent priorities. Demonstrated knowledge of blended learning theory, e-Learning courses, and/or facilitation is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience is required in Learning and development or talent management.
