HR ERA Consultancy Services is looking for a resilient, empathic Key Account Executive (IMT-LMT) to contribute to the growth of our company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company.
Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
Achieving the company’s provided sales targets.
Resolving key client issues and complaints
Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
Assist sales manager in developing and defining budgeted annual sales plans for key accounts IMT/LMT Channels.
Develop an internal plan for key accounts (IMT/LMT) activities based on the AOP (annual operating plan).
Develop and operationalize retailer partner programs with key accounts to hit the targets.
Development and execution of merchandising plans for key accounts (IMT/LMT) in coordination with the trade marketing sales manager (IMT/LMT).
Provide leadership and guidance to the key accounts team and assist them in planning workflow in the office and field preparing primary sales estimation, stock analysis, and stock distribution.
Ensure proper retail coverage, shelf care, and market care through effective coverage planning.
Establish and maintain a personal relationship with a relevant representative with key accounts, particularly with the key decision makers.
Implement the plan through the key accounts (IMT/LMT) team and fill any gaps and variances in the target.
Managing samplings for his/her customers in coordination with the Q/A team.
Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
Ensure payments are received from the customer as per the agreed timeline.
· BBA/MBA Marketing
· At least 3 years of experience preferably in the FMCG industry
Gross Monthly Salary Range: 45,000 to 50,000
