Role & Responsibilities
Information Security & Control
Assist immediate in-charge to implement and monitor IT operating policies/ procedures and controls for computing and information technology.
Assist immediate in-charge to Implement and update appropriate security measures for servers/ network and services.
Effective & Efficient Information Sharing
Support QMS implementation to reach agreed targets especially IN Place & IN Use assessment.
Ensure implementation of QMS in IT and support other functions and personnel for effective implementation (where and when required).
Effective & Efficient Enterprise Systems
Assist immediate in-charge to design/ deploy and maintain of server and network security environment.
Assist immediate in-charge to effectively manage and run the data center and ensure high availability and service factor.
Manage IT Helpdesk for call logging and escalation/ problem management/ problem resolution/ and change task request system.
Ensure licensed software installation on machines and manage license renewals accordingly.
Timely implementation and execution of all projects and tasks assigned to Infrastructure Department as a team member.
Evaluate and propose new software and tools to integrate with the networked environment.
Education: Graduate preferably BCS/ B.Sc. Hons. (Computer Sciences)/ M.Sc. (Computer Sciences).
Experience: Preferably 2 – 3 years spent in MNC/ reputable National company/ software consultancy firm as managing helpdesk activities along with experience of servers and networks (LAN & WAN).
