We are looking for ITSM IT Asset Management Specialist II in Lahore.
Job Description:
• Handles day to day operations of the IT Asset Management process
• Identifies gaps in IT Asset Management lifecycle process and provides
recommendations using ServiceNow, tool integrations, or people
• Creates documentation and user guides of IT Asset Management processes and
provides training to teams involved in those processes
• Tests and provides feedback on process changes, enhancements, or
modifications
• Ensures all requests and scheduled activities are handled per agreed SLAs
• Assists with governance of established processes as well as ones implemented
• Ensures IT Asset Management best practices are applied to all levels of the asset management lifecycle.
• Responsible with guidance and approval from management for setting Global Enterprise IT Asset Management Lifecycle standards.
• Collaborates with support partners to improve processes
• Creates IT Asset Management Dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics to capture trending and forecasting of asset transactions
• Delivers communication on process changes, enhancements and modifications
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts
• Facilitates and monitors status processing of all requests

• Requires expanded conceptual, practical, and working knowledge of IT Asset Management discipline using ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management modules
• Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline
• Participates in cross-functional projects and may lead project workstream
• Works with limited oversight
• Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through an understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within the organization
• Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members
• May lead projects with controllable risks and resource requirements
• Works within broad guidelines and policies

• Able to identify and solve complex problems to benefit the team and organization using a combination of application of IT Asset Management methodologies and cross-team collaboration
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of tool integrations such as SCCM and ServiceNow Discovery
• Analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents
• Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner
• Leads others to consensus
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• At least 2 years of using ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management modules in the daily process and execution of IT Asset Management
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
