Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
Your duties would include;
• Converting inquiries into applications and then enrolling students at our partner universities.
• Call enquires who registered/attended our Events
• You will contact students via phone, email, and text.
• Meet students face to face
• Assess Enquiries / Applications Academic background
• Discuss Student options at the lead stage based on their financial suitability
• Attend Education Events
• Manage your student’s application portfolio through regular follow up.
• Ability to forecast your application
• Liaise with the Visa and Compliance Team to convert students in an ethical and compliant manner.
• The ability to self-motivate and self-manage your student portfolio through positive relationship management.
• Ability to handle targets and work with the conversion team to reach & exceed goals
• Understand conversion techniques to meet targets.
• An understanding of fast and timely responses to increase conversion.
• Liaise with our partner universities in a professional and timely manner.
• Understanding the requirements for studying UK/Canada/USA/Australia (Training provided)
• Understanding the different admissions policies of our partners & universities (Training provided) • Ability to work within a team
• Understanding of different cultures, and working with students/colleagues/partners of different backgrounds
Qualifications
We are looking for the following individuals:
A bright and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, and the confidence to liaise with partner universities and regional offices. You will ideally have an understanding of or interest in students and education. You will be able to work on your own initiative to manage your workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in the overseas education industry.
