Required Skills
• Experience with industry regulations and security frameworks such as SOC2, SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPPA, ISO 270001
• Minimum 2 years experience in leading presentations (remote and in person) to external customers, managing accounts, dealing with executive management and technical personnel
• Track record of success with managing large and small projects and budgets getting results and improving efficiency and effectiveness
• Microsoft Certified Professional, AWS certifications will be preferred
• Experience as lead implementor for security controls for at least on one of the standards such as ISO27001, SOC 1 & 2, and FedRAMP will be preferred
• 5+ years of management experience with proven success building & managing a world-class systems engineering or architect team of at least 8 people, preferably with a major networking and/or security hardware or software vendor
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize highly varied work to maintain required productivity levels
Responsibilities
• Has specific experience with leveraging virtualization, Azure, and Amazon Web Services to support business and information technology needs
• Works closely with enterprise IT, Delivery, and other functional area specialists to ensure adequate security solutions are engineered and deployed in cloud environments and together with other platforms to mitigate identified risks sufficiently and to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Participates in the delivery of security engineering processes, programs, artifacts, and within the Agile Development process
• Utilizes and suggests improvements to the business, information security and technical artifacts that constitute the enterprise information security architecture and solutions
• Serves as a cloud security consultant and expert to help project teams comply with enterprise and IT security policies, industry regulations, and best practices
• Researches, designs and advocates new cloud security technologies, architectures, and security products that will support security requirements for the enterprise and its customers, business partners and vendors
• Evaluates and develop secure solutions, based on approved security engineering standards
• Find, engage, and sign new “Elite” channel partners, with Core Focus on the location country and Sub Focus on additional growth countries
