Attendance and Payroll Management
Live attendance tracker which includes leaves/shift-wise attendance
Sharing 3P Payroll every month and running an analysis.
Maintain a tracker of colleagues joining during the month. Live tracker of the number of staff in each 3P function to be made available at all times.
Coordinate On-boarding & Off-boarding activities.
Observe & report on ground abnormalities timely.
Take end-to-end ownership of the process
Employee Well-being
Improving third party team member retention in warehouse
Coordination with all 3P to ensure the provision of benefits
