We IDENBRID are looking for HR Interns to join our team in the Lahore office, on a permanent basis. This position will work under a dedicated working model, with 5 days on-site. You will be able to learn how to run and change activities of their integrated HR system landscape.

What are we expecting?


The ideal candidate will have experience working within different Job Posting platforms, as well as experience in delivering output and leading a small team. You will be able to learn the complete HR Cycle and then implement strategies to make betterment to the system.


To be considered

Demonstrable experience in Team Management or Team Leadership
How to do?




Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
Screen resumes and application forms.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department).
Address employee queries about benefits (like the remaining vacation days).
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
Participate in organizing company events and career days.



We are looking for someone who is willing to learn strong HR in IT field experience in a generalist environment. You will ideally learn about an IT function, supporting talent management initiatives. The successful person will receive a good salary depending on experience plus benefits.

Key skills Requirements:


Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases
Experience with MS Office
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Organizational skills
BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field
