Job Description:
We at Polani Global Technologies SMC PVT. LTD. is currently seeking an HR Generalist (Payroll Specialist) to be responsible for all HR operations, including processing payroll information, reviewing and performing payroll audits, and serving as a point of contact for questions.
Job Duties:
Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication to the HR team through verbal and written correspondence
Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find quality talent
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
Assist employees with their inquiries
Handle confidential matters with discretion
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends policies and best practices
Maintain Employee records, Issue letters
Weekly Attendance & monthly payroll

Location: Bahria Town Karachi
Shift: 2nd Shift (Afternoon) Timings: 1 pm to 10 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs50,000.00 – Rs70,000.00 per month
