HR Assistant Female
The HR assistant will support the HR manager in various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The HR assistant will help ensure that the company is following best human resource practices and is in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support
Knowledge of HR policies and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, completing paperwork, and setting up employee files.
Help administer performance management programs, including setting goals, tracking progress, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team events, managing employee recognition programs, and collecting feedback from employees.
Maintain employee files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Respond to employee inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service and support.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date on local labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance with them.

Timings: 08:00 pm to 05:00 am
Salary: PKR 40,000 – PKR 80,000 per month
