Job Summary

The Employee Engagement Executive will support in action planning, facilitating engagement initiatives, coordinating events/meetups, and providing the support required to enhance overall employee engagement in the company.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage internal employee communications and shape corporate culture.
Assist with the preparation of the Employee Engagement Surveys and Annual Engagement Calendar for internal employee engagement.
Execute end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and initiatives to inspire and engage employees.
Research new engagement ideas/best practices for remote working companies.
Execute and drive weekly, monthly and biannual activities, meetups and events.
Build and foster relationships across business functions and locations to ensure employees are engaged and informed no matter where they are based.

Required Skills:

Well versed in employee strategy and execution
Execute end-to-end internal employee engagement plans
Understanding of drive campaigns to engage employees
Managing remote teams


Education: BBA/MBA – HR
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience. Those who have experience of managing remote teams will be preferred.
Experience in the area of Employee Engagement.
