Job description:Position Purpose:
To ensure smooth running of the residential facility by providing excellent customer service, organizing data and documents, managing files, scheduling and planning important work activities, meeting deadlines, identifying and resolving problems, facilitating residents in an assigned residential building.
Key Accountabilities
Supervising daily repair and maintenance activities of the assigned building.
Handling resident queries and suggesting appropriate solutions on immediate basis.
Facilitating students and resolving their complaints.
Coordination with other departments, resolving problems related to repair and maintenance.
Preparing daily observation and maintenance reports of the building.
Ensuring best housekeeping standards in the building.
Monitoring performance of janitorial staff.
Managing and updating Occupancy sheet of assigned building.
Conducting student’s check in and check out in an efficient and error free manner on Zambeel. Completing all necessary documentation as well.
Updating fine record of the building related to hostel violations, according to Housing policies.
Ensuring discipline and adherence of housing policies and procedures by the residents.
Prepare damages list of the building for regular/ annual maintenance.
Maintain a proper stock register of assigned building.
Managing bedding for societies.
Maintaining a list of furniture of assigned building.
Reporting cases of illegal stay and handling such cases as per SOP.
Managing work under pressure and delivering best quality results.

To Qualify For The Role, You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institute
1-2 years of administrative work experience
