Job Description:
Focus, Scope, & Impact
Drive bottler alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans
Provide strategic and executional / franchise unit specific input on Operating Unit-and Market-level portfolio strategy, brand plans (activities, calendars, execution ) and local innovation opportunities
Build a strong relationship with key leaders in the system in both TCCC as well as in bottling partner to effectively lead regional market development ensuring the right implementation of projects
Ensure high quality market input and strategic local guidance for the development of Operating Unit- and market-level category/brand strategies as well as Innovation projects
Own the overall region’s marketing activity calendar, transform the strategic direction and plans form category teams to operational plans and build alignment and engagement behind them for a strong year along calendar with clear priorities and initiate windows used across the system
Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers
Experience
Significant Marketing and leadership experience (15+ years), including leading teams
Direct experience with marketing activation
Business and commercial acumen, including financial expertise
Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
