Receptionist Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, customers, and guests as they enter the office or facility.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, labelling, and distributing as needed.
Perform basic office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, including the reception area and common areas.
Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and file management.
Respond to client and customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide support to other team members as needed, including answering questions and providing assistance with tasks.
Who May Apply:
Great communication skills.
Great work ethics such as honesty, punctuality, ownership, flexible nature, mutual respect, and commitment.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
