Requirements:

Should have Bachelor’s Degree / equivalent diploma
Proven experience as front desk officer
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
Assists immediate supervisor and HR/finance in routine tasks
Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team and staff
Prepare travel arrangements for office staff and managers
Provide administrative support to team as may be required.
