RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate and timely generation of invoices through Invoice Billing system – Burraq.
Correspondence with customers through electronic or oral medium or swift resolution of issues/ disputes.
Coordination with the help desk and customer services for amicable resolution of errors, customer complaints and grievances, if any.
Handling cash against collections and swift deposit of the same in company bank account, as and when applicable.
Timely and accurate preparation of cash collection summaries and submission of the same for management review.
Adhoc reporting for management consideration as per their request.
Adherence to the health, safety and environment policy of the company.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Graduate and preferable prior experience of customer dealing or account dept. working.
Commerce graduate with knowledge of terminal handling and containers types.
Hands-on experience in spread sheets and data analysis
User level knowledge of ERPs; preferably Oracle Financials.

Good customer service skills.
Ability to work with flexible work schedules.
Good written and communication skills.
