Job Purpose:

To enhance Alternate channel-Digital partnerships share in terms of revenue in the organization

Job Responsibilities:

Identification and feasibility of Alternate Channel Partners (online & application base)
Business case preparation ,Contract Development ,Product related training & Complaint Handling
End to end responsibility of System Integrations for On boarding Alternate Channel Partners/ Digital Platforms
Vendor payment management & reconciliation
Coordination with Marketing team in execution of new channel / segments research projects under the supervision of the Alternate Channel Manager.
Formulation, Implementation and Evaluation of Alternate Channels.
Monitoring and Tracking of performance of the business health of Alternate Channel.
Planning and Execution of complete Automation of Alternate Channel Tasks.
S&D Sales Activity and Growth Tracking against all set Sales KPI’s.
Develop productivity measure and sales benchmarks for every alternate channel.
Continuous monitoring sales performance, opex and other costs against set standards.
Coordination with IT team for system Level reports and system testing.
Formulation of mechanics of all planned trade promotions for alternate channels, communication of pre-launch information to CS Systems and Processes teams, channel Helpline teams and Regional Alternate Channel Staff.
Performance tracking against trade promotions and getting necessary approvals on trade incentives payouts.
End to end responsibility of Alternate Channel Commissioning process.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

At-least Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing/ Business administration

Work Experience:

1-3 Years relevant experience required
