IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
To ensure availability and perform Operations of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP, NPS, Workplace, PTML and Franchise Exchange, File Server & System Center Products (SCOM, SCCM) and to Conduct Audit and BCP Activities.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
Analyze and forecast upcoming requirement necessary for IT Operations.
Ensure upgradation and maintenance of applications and services to keep operations smooth and secure.
Developing Standard Operations procedures, technical documents.
Ensure business application redundancy and disaster planes.
Ensure execution of tasks to be done by team members.
Lead projects and manage budgets.
Monthly patch deployment on client & server systems to secure systems from vulnerabilities and minimize threats.
Follow Change Management Process and able to document technical issues.
Execution of projects with define timeline and effectively use industry best practices for technology systems and support.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences
Experience:
Proven Work Experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and Email Related Services.
